2007-11-29 23:10 ------- This has been implemented (in both kate and kwrite) some \
time in 2005. You need to write cvs diff | kate --stdin
though.

The part about appropriate syntax highlighting will be near impossible to implement, \
since in this case kate/kwrite has no info to guess the correct highlighting mode \
from, other than the text itself (which may be theoretically sufficient in some, but \
not all cases). Feel free to open a separate feature request about that, though. \
