I often edit php files with the .html extension. Kate does not know that these are php files, and therefore does not highlight them. Digging into the menus to get to the correct highlight option is a pain. I'd appreciate a way to add _any_ menu item as a button on the toolbar, so that I can add PHP Highlighting. See Open Office's toolbar (and keyboard shortcut) configurations for the ideal way of doing this.
