I agree. Although it doesn't ever replace outside the selection it's a bit stupid \
that it asks you where to go from.
There are a ridiculous number of dialogs - something like:
1) Select text
2) Ctrl-R or edit->replace
3) change the Replace: [ ] edit box back to what it was before (common if \
you are doing lots of replaced - this is really a separate bug. 4) Press enter
5) 0 occurances replaced.
6) Continue from the beginning of the document? Yes.
7) 3 occurances replaced.
In most sane editors 5, 6, and 7 don't occur. 5 and 6 are stupid, and 7 should be \
moved to the status bar.
