Not a bug. Your Kate was associated with "kate" instead of the default "kate %U", \
somehow. There *was* a bug that caused this when you selected Kate and told it to \
save the association.

This bug is now fixed and shouldn't happen again. If you can recreate the situation \
in KDE 3.5 (whichever version), feel free to reopen. Meanwhile, just reset the \
association in the Konqueror settings to "kate %U" \
