------- I am seeing this bug again in KDE 3.4.

Reproduce:
open text file from within email (with "open with.." context menu)
choose "file -> save as"
a dialog pops up saying the file has been removed, offering "save as" (huh? I just \
chose that! -> another bug 8) ) save as a different name under a different dir \
(perhaps)

-> TITLEBAR stays the same with old name, but the new name is now used for saving by \
default.

This is a bit inconsistent ...
