Users often do not understand why a text document cannot be edited when it is loaded \
in embedded Kate in Konqueror. It gives the impression that the text editor is \
broken. Kate's kpart should detect editing attempts and display a hint, like:

"Documents cannot be edited when displayed inside a Konqueror window. Please use the \
'Back' button and open the document in an external document editor."

Or even better:

"This document can only be edited when loaded in an external editor. Do you want to \
load this document in an external editor? 'No' / 'Yes' / 'Yes, always load in \
external editor by default'" _______________________________________________
