Anders,

The "Edit external tool" dialog box gives me:

Command: cd "%directory" && chmod u+x "%filename" && konsole -e "./%filename"
Executable: konsole

In the case it could be useful, my konsole was provided by kdebase-konsole-3.3.1-24mdk
