How to reproduce:

Enter box-selection-mode
Select some text
Find and Replace something that exists both inside and outside the selection
[x] Selected text
[ ] Prompt on replace

Result:

Matches both inside and outside the selection are replaced

Excpected result:

Matches inside the selection are replaced, matches outside the selection are ignored
