Some time soon, we will have more scriptability, allowing you to add simple 
actions likt this one.

For one thing, i plan to make it possible to save scripts for the textfilter 
plugin with a name and show them in a menu, then a small perl script could do 
this easily (well, you allready can, but it's too much to type that often)

You can currently use a DCOP script through the kscript mechanism, allthough 
writing them is still a tedious job.

I dont' say we should not consider adding this to kate.

Mixed tab/space indenting -- are you nuts?! ;p
