Hi,

 I saw in the qeditor (from Gideon) that when you fold a part of code, the 
last line is still visible. Eg.
if (foo) {
  bla-bla
}

is folded to
if (foo) {
}

Combined it with the dashed lines in Kate, it would look really great and 
would improve the usability.
if (foo) {
- --------------------------------------------------
}

is better IMO than
if (foo) {
- --------------------------------------------------

And I don't think it's hard to implement. :-)
