Hmm, the idea with overridding the original openURL/* stuff seems not to work 
out nice, it will break the other non-virtual methodes in readonlypart (like 
the progress windows, ....). I have added a enable/disable async loading 
methode to our katebuffer and disabled it per default until I have a better 
idea to fix it. (or we leave it disable and have a interface to allow to turn 
it on again with a own "we have read the whole file" signal emited at the 
end).

any other ideas ? (if we can fix it right even with async file loading on, I 
would like to have a option for async/sync file loading somewhere for the 
users, sync loading is not that nice gui wise, but it seems to be really 
faster than async (but gui will freeze, not that nice with really large 
files))
