Hi everybody :)

Since some days, the highlight parser has changed and now expects attribute 
and contexts referenced by names.

That means, that rather than
	attribute="0"
it wants
	attribute="Normal Text"

and similarly for contexts.

I am in the process of trying to change as many of the files as I can (a few 
every day I hope) but since I'm not familliar with any format we have hl 
files for, I'm going to skip some.

Anyone who contributed a hl file, could you please update the file? Don't 
forget to up the version number! Also, since the parser now can handle 
comments, place at least a comment containing your name and email address in 
your files, and feel free to comment them for ease of understanding ;)

If you don't have cvs access, download from anoncvs.kde.org and post the 
updated files here.
