Subject: Bug#41953: kwrite broken syntax highlighting for C preproccessor
From: stashelp () yahoo ! com
Date: 2002-04-30 10:45:12
[Download RAW message or body]
Package: kwrite
Version: KDE 3.0.0
Severity: normal
Installed from: RedHat RPMs
Compiler: Not Specified
OS: Not Specified
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified
1. type this in kwrite:
<tab>#ifdef HELLO
#endif
Because of the tab #ifdef is not highlighted.
This is annoying. please fix.
2. type this in kwrite:
#if 0
don't execute this line
#else
cout << "Execute this line"
#endif
KWrite does not highlight the else clause which is active.
=bug.
3. This is more of a killer feature request :-):
If I have, #define DEBUG 1, #ifdef DEBUG should
highlight and un-highlight based on existance of
DEBUG. This would not work easily across source
files but at least it's better than none.
Same with #define DEBUG 1, #if DEBUG.
thanx
