With CVS build from 30th March, KWrite does not have a horizontal scrollbar. If a text document has long lines, any text beyond the right side of the window cannot be accessed. There is no horizontal scroll bar displayed, and it does not automatically scroll if the cursor goes off the right of the window.

This is also true for Kate.
