Subject:    Uninitialised variable in KateViewInternal

Hi,

I've been playing with valgrind a little and came across a place where a
variable was used before it was initialised.

KateView::KateView uses KateViewInternal::iconBorderHeight, but for some
reason the initialisation of iconBorderHeight is commented out in the
KateViewInternal constructor.

Here's the valgrind output:

Use of uninitialised CPU condition code
    at 0x40C13063: QWidget::internalSetGeometry(int, int, int, int, bool)=
 (kernel/qwidget_x11.cpp:1811)
    by 0x40CA9087: QWidget::setGeometry(int, int, int, int) (kernel/qwidg=
et.cpp:3293)
    by 0x45F1459F: KateView::KateView(KateDocument *, QWidget *, char con=
st *) (kateview.cpp:1357)
    by 0x45EF288A: KateDocument::createView(QWidget *, char const *) (kat=
edocument.cpp:395)

Cheers,

Dave
