Hi all,
I have finally taken the time to update the perl hl to the new times
- moved to #stay and #pop
- employed the IncludesRule some places
- employed new regexp options
- moved to use names exclusively to identify contexts in rules.
- a few additional fixes

This has highly improved the hl, ao typing has improved a lot, though there 
are still room for improvements.

Please test and comment if you'd like
