Greetings to All,

I'm a *Very Happy User* of the KDE suite.

This is a wish for a status field 
(similar to INS/OVR) to display the
mode of the Selection (Vertical/Horizontal)
I switch back and forth very often in 
my programming and would like to see
the current selection status so I don't have
to correct myself.
