Description 

client bug? at least from a Qt test app i don't receive a ping when it returns to live, so either it does not one or we don't  receive it.
patch restores former state when the killhelper was a child of client.

Testing 

yes test app. killhelper vanishes when i release it (or just kill it from outside)
