Howdy,

I'm wondering whether the `Tiling' attribute should be removed and
instead covered as a pull-down value for the `Initial placement'
attribute:  add `Tiled' and `Floating' to the list of pull-downs.

The two attributes seem related but can be in conflict.  For example,
setting `Initial placement | Force | Top-Left Corner' /and/ `Tiled |
Force | Tiled', the window always start in the top-left corner.
