So here,what i found.. keywords: grep issue:using grep i didn't receive the expected output but an another one(see my previous reply). debug output:i couldn't receive an output from my debug commands. using "( X vt10 :1 -terminate &); sleep 5; DISPLAY=:1 xterm" in order to debug kwin i came across with the grep and output issue. when i used the command "source" for that bashrc file (http://techbase.kde.org/Getting_Started/Increased_Productivity_in_KDE4_with_Scripts/.bashrc) i was able to receive an output.
