Notice that

a) ths this _very_ likely a but in mesa / the intel/ati driver. therefore it's
important to know what version of either you use

b) to ensure to get indirect rendering enforce it by the env var as mentioned
in comment #1

c) to workaround the bug linked in comment #3 (shader bug in the driver/mesa)
it should be sufficient to blacklist the lanczos filter, see bug #243181
