Well, I've tried to reproduce it again, but found I've used wrong description.
It's not enough to accelerate the window and no mouse gesture is used.

I've used 'accelerate' because only short distance of mouse moving was
required, but in fact you need to cross the screen edge to move the whole
maximized window and if you have started your moving close to that edge, only
small distance was required and it was pretty fast
