Adds "snap to border" to desktopgrid effect, v3

This version interacts better with multiple screens (desktops).

Now adjustClientPosition() doesn't look for the clients in "current desktop" to
do the snap, but look into clients in the same desktop as the client that have
the position adjusted. I'm not sure how safe is this change, so I'll test it
more.

Tomorrow I'll have access to a 2-monitor machine, so I'll also test the patch
in this situation (multiple monitors). Thanks again.
