The translations for all efffects in kdebase/workspace/kwin/effects/ are
extracted to the catalog kwin_effects.
But this catalog is not loaded in the configuration dialogs for presentwindows,
coverswitch, boxswitch and flipswitch.
Attached a fix to load this catalog via insertCatalog()
