The change is easy to do. 

However I think the current icons might be like they are by design. In the
current design the "shade" button has the same arrow as the "minimize" button,
with a bar to say that you "minimize to title bar". While the unshade button is
"maximize from title bar". If the other way around, people might get confused
(at least: I do) by the fact that "shade" and "maximize" have the same arrow
orientation (even if the "bar" of the shade button is located at the top of
such arrow), and same for "unshade" and "minimize". What do you think ? 

(in a sense: having the minimize button being an arrow pointing upward as
counter-intuitive as is the upward pointing shade button. I think).
