Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

When returning from suspend, I'm sometimes presented with a black screen and a
mouse pointer. The pointer changes shape when hovering over editable fields
(like the Notes plasmoid).

Doing Alt+F2 and typing 'kwin --replace' brings everything back to normal.
This happens randomly, but can be reproduced after several tries.
