Shade (rollup) / unshade (roll down) icons on Ozone win deco are swaped. See
the images below. 

[1] shows a "downward arrow icon" when the window is unshaded and the intention
is shade (roll up) this window by clicking on the "downward" icon! 

[2] shows an "upward arrow icon" when the window is shaded and the intention is
to unshade (roll down) the window by clicking on the "upward" icon!

These two icons should be swaped. A simple solution!
