xrestop and top output on test with 60 ARGB windows

With 60 windows I could not reproduce the probleme, too. Drawing times are
worse, but did not become longer each time.

Two things are interesting:
a) Starting a konsole window instead of an closed ARGB window did make drawing
times much longer.

b) After starting openbox and switching back to kwin, drawing times were very
fast first and then become longer again.

Conclusion: I do not know. It feels like the problem is not in KDE, but instead
in xorg/nvidia/kernel?

btw: All tests were done with composite turned off via Alt+Shift+F12 except
where described.
