Hi, i've seem this happening since 4.2  but as this is not _that_ common I
waited to see if someone fixes it..
With cover switch effect if you do ALT + TAB, and hold the ALT key till some
application is closed you see the crash.
You can try with firefox with is a bit slow to close when it has several open
pages.
(as said it's still happening in 4.3).
