Windows/Title bar issues work around fix. If you are using unbuntu with KDE
desktop 4.2.2 you may noticed in firefox that the title bar will go away after
install. This also happen in other windows too like Konqueror.
*To fix this issue you need to first install the kunbuntu 8.04 then just
upgrade the version to 9.00. This seems to work better the the clean installs
of kunbuntu 9.0. When I upgraded i keep the packages and everything. I tested
this on my desktop computer and on my laptop computer.
