Hi,
I'm usingKDE 4.2.95(Kubuntu).
Following issue inside the system settings (sorry I'm using german and do not
know all englsih terms):

1. start system settings -> advanced? (Erweitert) -> Arbeitsflächen Details
Change in the drop down list box on the uppper left theme from eg. Luft to
oxygen
-> apply button is still inactive
-> change anything in detail (now button is active)
-> press apply: no affect

2. go to start system settings -> advanced? (Erweitert) -> "Anmeldungsmanager"
(or samba settings)
everything is disabled. I would expect a pop up when root rights are requiered
