I set custom global shortcuts to switch virtual desktop up, down, left and
right. Have mostly set Meta+up etc.. but it seems to not matter what
combination of buttons is set.
When I try to use thease to switch desktop kwin freezes and goes to 100% cpu
usage, no shortcuts seem to work after this, like alt+f2 for krunner.
I can not switch desktop manualy with the pager or interact with plasma panels
at all, though things like hover highlight in the pager and cpumontior
plasmoids still work.
I then switch to a console and have to kill kwin with the -9(KILL) signal and
restart it, it then works correctly until I try the same thing again.

I have the pager in a verical panel with 1 column and 8 rows of virtual
desktops.

I have installed what OpenSuse claims to be KDE 4.3 RC1.
kwin --version says:

I am running the amd64 version with an ATI Radeon HD3200-card. Using the radeon
xorg driver without any accelerations and therefor do not have kwin effects
turned on.
