There was no problem in 4.2.90, but in 4.2.95 the shadow effect box can be
toggled, but there are still shadows.  the only way I can turn them off is to
disable compositing completely.

I have tested this with a new user, with no existing .kde4 directory as well as
my regular user.



NOTES: using Arch Linux x64 with nvidia 185.* binary
