           Summary: KWin ignoring some Window Flags
           Product: kwin
           Version: 4.2.4
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kwin@kde.org
        ReportedBy: elkrammer@gmail.com

Version:            (using KDE 4.2.4)
Compiler:          g++ (GCC) 4.4.0 20090526 (prerelease)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources

KWin is ignoring some Qt Window flags:

For example:
- Qt::Tool - the window should not have maximize nor minimize buttons and it
currently does. Also, when the window pops up it does not have focus, even
after forcing it with activateWindow()
- setWindowFlags(windowFlags()^Qt::WindowMaximizeButtonHint) - should hide the
maximize button and instead it is hiding the close window button

This worked fine under compiz.

I have attached a test case.
