except making use of KDecorationUnstable... of course ;-)

the collision between oxygen's intermediate ARGB support (soft corners) and the
general ARGB support for decorations is probably (pretty apparent) the reason
for this bug. as the ARBG deco afaik cannot be extended to shadows for 4.3 and
i don't know whether this collision can be cleared at all.

this may lead to another regression for 4.3 (after loosing blurring) what
brings us to release cycle coordination and release cycles at all and another
flame war ;-P

(you can even have more fun w/ the oxygen/ozone deco by suspending composition,
shading a window, reactivating composition, try* to unshade it...)
*to fix: just resuspend composition, unshade all windows, then resume
composition
