I'm not actively working on KWin anymore, so I'm sending your wish to the KWin 
mailing list.

There actually already seems to be a bugreport for that, see 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=163116
You could e.g. vote for it, it might bump it upwards in someone's TODO list 
;-)
