In addition. When I say that window begins to breat I use russian slang,
because I exactly don`t know how this could be described in english. I have
created thee printscreens to show what I mean.

Such effect I have achieved with such parametres:
Stiffness = 49
Drag = 84
Move factor = 23

I don`t think that on such windows even more in motion, could be possible to do
something. In my mind it is a critical part of this bug
