1 is a very high value for stiffness, the "advanced" config mode is for
advanced users that know what the stiffness and drag are for a spring.

when you set high value for stiffness, you should also set high value for drag.

the move factor is an artificial parameter that help to "glue" the stiffness
and drag you choose by speeding or slowing the move of the nodes.
So in your case, uses a low move factor.

If you're ok with my explanations, please close the bug.
