This happens because DesktopGridEffect::grabbedKeyboardEvent uses the functions
from EffectsHandler (effects->desktopToLeft(), ...) to determine the "new"
screen, which obviously does not respect the custom layout set for the grid
effect.

Just duplicating the code from KWin::Workspace is not much of an option, maybe
we should create something like a DesktopGridLayout class which contains all
the related logic?
