It feels like there should be an "I told you so" in here somewhere. I switched
to Oxygen just now. Strangely enough, it looks a lot like the deco I've been
using for the past month or so. In fact I can hardly tell the difference
between the two (for active windows, anyway).

I'd like to see one teensy option added to Oxygen, for the border; always use
window colors, always use titlebar colors, use titlebar colors for active
windows (the third being "the current behavior"). After that... yeah, I'll join
a petition to remove ozone, assuming seli is satisfied with the new Oxygen.
