add to advanced option for each window: maximize/restore

THe reason: in perfect world every designer would make a perfect UI, but
currently very often this or that designer decides that fixed size window would
serve all users the best. Which is not true, and then users have to struggle
with limited view.

It would be useful if the user could go to the advanced options for window and
choose maximize to maximize it ad-hoc.
