I hope you mean when window is maximized for your number three option...
I've briefly looked at the patch and (while I could not see myself using it -- I \
personally use top-level menus, so the titlebar would get over useful window contents \
for me) it's an optional behaviour, so i'm willing to accept the patch... But I'm \
quite busy at the moment; I hope to get back to BII after the Akademy.

Porting the style to KCommonDecorator could be useful, but it also would mean \
rewriting most of it.

There are a few important things that do not work on a composited desktop
