Open a window, e.g. konqueror. open settings -> configure konqueror.
if you have another program open, say amarok, the konqueror settings window is always \
on top of the amarok window. 

workaround: by fiddling with the always-on-top button it starts to work, but this is \
very annoying.

expected behavior: settings window always on top of main window, but other \
applications will overlap normally, i.e. get on top if active. \
