Sometimes tooltip balloons will not go away and stay over applications other than the \
one which owns it. Even switch desktops will not make it go away. It's necessary to \
find out what application made it appear and then make it shows another tooltip \
balloon, which in turn will make the previous one goes away. I can't reproduce this \
at my will, but it happens frequently. Sometimes the entire balloon stays fixed on \
the screen, other times only parts of them stick. \
