Disabling the shadow while moving seems like a decent solution for KDE 4.1. By the \
way, this looks even worse with a dark color scheme (and light 'shadow')...

What does compiz do? (imho there is no shame in looking at how compiz solves issues \
like these - reinventing the wheel is useless, after all, they've been around for a \
while, and have compositing pretty well done). \
