When either Scale In or Fade or both are enabled in the Desktop System Settings, \
they're run twice every time a user right-clicks and a popup menu appears.

This happens only in Qt4 applications, as animations popup menus in Firefox or \
Konversation correctly run only once. _______________________________________________
