I feel that the recent commit to make margins around toolbars when using the oxygen \
widget style larger has made them too large, as is evident in apps like kopete which \
have more than one toolbar stacked on top of each other.

The space used for margins is just simply too large, and adds up very quickly making \
the result not visually appealing.

I believe that the margins should be made slightly smaller.
