Summary: allow smooth scroolling without sidebar by a window
                    behaviour special actions setting
           Product: kwin
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kwin kde org
        ReportedBy: estellnb yahoo de

Version: Unbekannt (using KDE 3.5.8 "release 22.1" , openSUSE )
Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.16.53-0.16-default

smooth scrolling option at
 window behaviour(Fensterverhalten festlegen):
actions/window: inner window, titlebar & borders

Why not add options for smooth scrolling to the pulldown menu (combobox) in here?
smooth scrolling: scroll by moving the mouse and holding down a modifier or two mouse \
buttons just as if mouse was positioned over the right or bottom sidescrollbar \
coincidently (Wanna propose scrolling by the same speed as with sidescrollbars, not \
with the 1:1 speed of mouse movements like this is realised for kpdf)
* an alternative if mouse has no scroll wheel
* smoother than the jerky linewise scrolls by certain mouse wheels; scroll \
horizontally and vertically at the same time
* especially for big windows exposing most of the text at the very left moving the \
mouse between the text and the right sidescrollbar all the time can become arduous by \
the time (Alternatively letting kwin position the right scrollbar at the left of a \
window instead of the right by a special win-beh(Fensterverhaltens) option could pose \
an improvement as well). _______________________________________________
