This is my idea:
Often you have a situation, where you work with multiple windows. For example: You \
write a scientific text and need to look up information, which is also on your pc. \
Monitors nowadays are big enough to display two documents at once, the only \
limitation is the focus. You have to click from one window to the other to scroll in \
one, write in the other, etc. Also instant messengers could benefit from this \
behavior. Of course there's some limitation, as you need to type sooner or later, \
depending on the application. But for the situations it works, it would be a great \
improvement. Implementation for example as shortcut, Shift-Click, or something else.
Hope you kind of get the idea what I mean.
