Actually my comment is directed entirely on comment 62 (which I hoped would have been \
obvious). It seems 62 is a fix for the problem (good) but it isn't going to make it \
in any relase (bad)  "in hope that the problem will be gone by the time of KDE4" \
(mildly put, a strange argument).

And yes, maybe it will be gone in KDE4, but that is a long time away. 

And yes, I know I can patch it myself (which I am currently doing), but there are a \
lot of people who are not able to do that. Or who simply may not be aware what this \
problem is all about - for example it took me three weeks to find this bug report \
because I was looking at the problem elsewhere. \
